Banana Cinnamon Cake:
          
          3-4 medium mashed banana's
          120 g of caster sugar
          2 medium eggs (beaten)
          200 g of self-raising flour
          120 g butter
          50ml milk
          ground cinnamon
          
          1) Grease a loaf tin
          2) Add butter, sugar and mashed banana's- mix well
          3) Add eggs, mix, then add flour, mix, add cinnamon (use amount of cinnamon to your discretion) 
          4) Add milk until a gloopy consistency
          
          Bake at 170c /fan 150 c or Gas mark 3 for 35mins. Or until knife (to prick) comes out clean. 
          
          It's lovely with a scoop of ice-cream and chocolate sprinkles.
