Victor P. Unda, a Chilean-American author, resides and works in the neighboring regions of Seattle, Washington. Originally from the western expanses of Washington on the Olympic Peninsula, he pursued his studies at Washington State University, where he became captivated by the warmth and camaraderie of the community.
