You know what I hate in some fanfics? Well I should say most fanfics. Whenever someone types “he/she/they held me bridal style” I get a bit angry because there are so many more meaningful ways that you can describe to your readers how the character is being held.
          	
          	“They cradled me in their arms.”
          	
          	“They scooped me up from the ground and held me close.” 
          	
          	Like, there’s other ways of describing the action and still give the readers the visual they need to understand what’s happening. Bridal style is not actually a thing. In fact it’s less romantic to describe it as “bridal style” in my opinion. Like I don’t want to think about wedding bells in a romantic situation unless it’s an actual wedding.

Oh good, because some people may hate me for this... but Brandon Routh as Superman has my whole heart, Superman Returns is not a good Superman movie, but I think it’s definitely better than Man Of Steel. Don’t get me wrong Henry Cavil is hawt, but Brandon Routh has this loveable goofball face
