Vivian McInerny is a journalist and fiction writer.  Her novel WATER DAMAGE was selected as a Best of the Writers Project sponsored by Multnomah County Library in Portland, Oregon. She's the recipient of a Fisthrap fellowship and a Metropolitan Arts Commission grant for literary fiction. As a staff writer at The Oregonian daily newspaper, she wrote  feature articles and essays that were republished nationwide and recognized with several awards.
