I am really sorry about the slowness of my updates; my life has gotten very stressful, very quickly. It has been a whole year now since my Dad passed on, and in this time; life has become very hard for me as well. My mom's health has utterly deteriorated; she was doing therapy for a while, but it clearly didn't work due to all the setbacks she had... and her health has now gone down to the point that she is now being adjusted to living in a assisted skilled nursing facility; one that is out-of-state from me and my sister.

On top of this; I am trying to sell my house...to move closer to where she is, but things have been progressing slowly. Physically and Mentally, I am exhausted; between packing the house up to make it show-ready on top of all the fixes it need to do so...never-mind now all the showings for the house and taking the innumerable calls from the nursing facility's nurses and doctors overseeing my mom to get her organized with the best care they can provide her.

I literally have almost no energy at the end of the day to consider writing with; my body and my brain are taxed out too much. But, please note that none of my stories are being abandoned! They just likely will not be updated very fast right now.
