Aloha all! It has been almost 10 months since I updated my novel, "Asher Gray". It has been a crazy year and I was finally able to finish the novel and make some major changes from what I originally posted. I invite you back into Asher's world with the first 4 parts of the book! As a refresher, here is the plot summary:
          	
          	In the near future, Asher Gray is a military officer whose career is coming to an end after fifteen years. While coming to grips with this, the government asks him to undertake a secret mission to stop the asteroids that have been striking the Earth for the last thirty years and offers him a chance to resurrect his career on his terms. 
          	
          	The catch is, Asher will have to spend years away from his family at the Oort Cloud Space Station. On top of that, Asher thinks the government might not be telling him the entire truth about his mission. The stakes are high: Asher has to figure out how to keep his family together, stop the asteroids from destroying the Earth, and figure out what the government is really after. 
          	
          	The only way he can save his family, his career, and the Earth is to rush head long into the deepest reaches of known space,stop the destruction of the Earth, and figure out the dark secret the Government has been hiding from the entire planet.

Good morning everybody! I have posted the first two parts of my new novel, "Asher Gray"! The synopsis is below and I welcome CC/feedback! I will post more parts in the coming weeks.
          ---
          In the near future, asteroids have been striking the Earth for the last fifty years and the Government thinks somebody, or something, is doing it intentionally. 
          
          Asher Gray is a brilliant military analyst whose career has passed him by, until now. His Commander offers him an opportunity he can't pass up; an assignment to the Oort station to find the source of the asteroids that are destroying the Earth.
          
          This assignment comes with a catch; he will have to travel to the edge of the solar system and spend years apart from his family. His wife  that the years he will spend in space are worth the time he will lose her and his children. On top of that, his Father, a former military officer, thinks the government is lying to Asher about what they want to accomplish.
          
          Can Asher figure out the truth, stop the asteroids, save the Earth and keep his family together?
