all of this is a long-winded way to say: i will officially be leaving wattpad. retiring, or what have you! it’s been at least four ish years, maybe more, since i was TRULY active anyway; this is just kind of the nail in the coffin. this has been a long time coming, as wattpad just … isn’t really where i write anymore. and, in light of recent decisions wattpad has been making ( and two of my stories being taken down for whatever vague reasons ), i’ve decided that i really don’t want to be on a platform where my art can be deleted and destroyed in a matter of seconds for violating unspecified guidelines. also, pms are going away. you will not catch me being here anymore, lol. of course, this account will remain up, i’m not deleting anything, but i won’t be updating stories or posting new things here.
if you want to find me elsewhere, you can find me on ao3 under “morgay.” i have an echoclan oneshot on there, which is about the only warriors thing i’ve written in a while! you can also find me on tumblr at “foxonfier” where i post random fandom related musings. i’m also planning to post bound to stars on ao3, though i don’t have any current plans to update it. who knows, tho! anything else is probably getting left behind, and if wattpad deletes more of my books, then that’s that. at least i had a good run while the fun lasted!
thank you again to everyone—all my readers, followers, and friends i’ve made along the way. i wouldn’t be here without all of you. it’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that i’ve been on wattpad for a decade; so many things have changed, so many great writers have come and gone. i’m just glad i’ve been here to experience those things, and i’ll remember my experiences on this app forever. and to all of you wonderful people out there who are reading this... have a great life, keep on writing, and never EVER give up on your art<3
