How to join for july 2015?

I would like to personally apologize for the delay of the August Competition. There was a miscount in the Round 4 Voting. Subsequently, my computer went haywire and I have had no access to Wattpad. Again, I would like to apologize for the delay.

I'd like to give a big shoutout to Watty Read Of The Month's new admin, this week has been really stressful for me and without them I wouldn't of been able to continue Wattpad Read of the Month! My schedule is clearing up so I should be able to do more as far as this account goes~

@WattyReadOfTheMonth. Er, hi. This is awkward but erm I was wondering, when is September ROTM gonna start, I'd like to enter, considering I missed the last deadline for August. I understand you already have two going on at the moment but I'd really appreciate it if you let me know soon so I can mentally prepare. :-P 
          And I was wondering, does it matter how many reads your story has, it's just you didn't mention anything about it in the rules and I was just curious. Thanks very much. C.S
