so you know what it's been over a year since I did  the 30 day self harm challenge so I'm going to do an updated version.

try not to be your own enemy. just brush it all off. It's like reading a book. You might find a word, or page you don't like. Turn the page and get on with the book. That nasty page is still there. You could read it again, if you want, but it's best to keep on going.
