Her name is Hannah Wilson. Born on the 31st of July, she is 17 years old and proud that she shares this day with J.K.Rowling (and Rowling's character Harry Potter). Hannah has never moved in her years upon the earth. The same little white house on the same miserable street with only a few good neighbors and a lot of empty houses.
Hannah does a lot of reading, so it is no surprise that she has a laundry list of writers that have been inspiring and influential to her. To name just a few: Rick Riordan, J.K. Rowling, C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, Shakespeare, and Edgar Allan Poe. Each one of these authors hold a special place in Hannah's heart. They have been huge in helping Hannah develop as a person and as a writer. Their works are the what lit the flame of creativity and inspiration that drives her, even today.
Hannah enjoys writing poetry and short stories. Inspired by the struggles she faces, she opens a little black journal and pours her heart out onto the page; the emotions raw and unfiltered. The short stories don't come as easily as poetry, but she uses them to practice and expand her ability as a writer.
Everything adds up over time. All the people and places and books and music makes up the little pieces of who Hannah is.
She is a girl in a crazy world. She lives in an average sized house with both normal and strange neighbors. She lives with her parents and brother. She is a senior in high school. She goes to church because she wants to and enjoys it. She loves to read and write. She is a girl learning to love herself as she is. And her name is Hannah Wilson.
