I am a storyteller living in the Pacific Northwest. I am also an introvert, the Einstein type, perfectly comfortable in my head and willing to explain things when there is no other choice. 
I've been writing for decades (non-fiction). This is my first foray into fiction.
I will read just about any genre and write in no specific category (except for YA). I love sci-fi and had always hoped that I could sit in a book store window one day as Harlan Ellison did and write flash fiction by suggestion. I'm working on the flash fiction skill. While I prefer a long-form story, I am finding much shorter works embedded in those tales.
I have four completed novels and, to date, have not queried any of them. 
As I said, I am working on my short-form works, and I am just beginning to submit them to magazines. I suppose the rejections, of which I have a few, will prime me for bigger dismissals. Or, optimistically, it will pave the way for more jubilant acceptances.
