The girl who cares about her own little fictional universes more than the real one. 

The girl who listens every day for the Tardis and dresses each morning imagining she's going to run with the Doctor in those clothes.

The girl who stares at the stars and pretends to be flying between them on a Starfleet federation ship.

The girl who waves sticks around imagining sparks coming out the end and the one who still waits for her Hogwarts letter even though she is too old.

The girl who wonders what ability she has manifesting inside her.

The girl who tries to be loyal and humble like Merlin. Who wishes she had a friend like Merlin is to Arthur.

The girl who hordes salt like it's gold, and memorizes demon traps just in case.

The girl who spends her money on books and millions of notebooks to jot down ideas throughout the day instead of clothes and shoes.

The girl gets pissed off at the discrepancies between the books and the movies.

The girl who is not part of the popular clique and never will be. 

The girl who values trust and kindness over how pretty or stylish someone is. 

Words speak to me. 

Books speak to me. 

I understand them more than the people who surround me.
