Am I a writer? I get ideas every now and then, so I write them down. For myself it's a journey away from reality, into a realm where nothing is real, yet everything is real.  To become so immersed within a book, whether writing or reading, is to free yourself from the stresses of everyday life. But you already know this. ;) 

This is my first  novel and I would really like your feedback, good or bad. Let me know if you feel it doesn't run smoothly or characters/events are contradicting. My goal is to one day publish this book, therefore your help is greatly appreciated. Please be aware that this is a rough draft and will be revamped as soon after completion. A bit about myself. 
Our family enjoys, horseback riding in the Alberta Rocky Mountains, Sitting around a campfire, after a day of riding with great friends, as well as taking long drives through the mountains, just to see what we can see and to take photos. (I'm a part time Photographer)
