The fact that the author decided to give his MC the appearance of a possessed Megumi has nothing to do with Sukuna, You're just spouting nonsense, when he hasn't killed anyone yet.And even if he were, the only ones he would kill would be all the women who try to capture him and experiment on him. He's not a psychopath like Sukuna who kills everyone out of boredom.If it were as you say, I would have killed Shikoku just for touching it.
