Ummmm…why? It's not a single point in time. I came out over years. It took me a year to tell my best friends and the six months after that to tell my brother. And the two months after that my aunt snoops around my stuff and finds out, acts like she's fine with it, but then starts being more of a hateful hag. My first boyfriend is why I came out to my school and people still assume I'm a straight guy. I haven't came out to most of my family, but a few months ago I came out to my other brother- I never get to see him so it took a while to get see him and then get the balls to tell him. I told my mother through text message, because I'm forced to live with my aunt even if I came really close to murdering her this summer… that's the big picture.
