            eventually by Black Zetsu who can sense the Kurama's Chakra outside of the Elemental Nation due to its large quantities of it being used by Naruto. after the event of Emperor Pilaf Naruto after failing the Konoha Academy for the third and final time decided to give up being a Konoha Shinobi and his dream of becoming Hokage before wish teleporting him away and met his new friends decided to become a Martial Artists after seeing Goku Son and Yamcha fighting became inspired to be one and train under Master Roshi. Years later the pasts catch up to them.

This is a Naruto X Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 story idea? In this story Naruto Uzumaki is a sixth sibling in this story and the fifth sibling is Venus De Milo and Naruto was a normal fox that got mutated along with the Turtles and Master Splinter with a mysterious canister with green ooze in it that mutated them for years they secretly been living underneath New York City in the sewers for the past 16 years until their home is attack and destroy by these weird small mechanical robots called Mouser's that were created by a famous scientist Baxter Stockman's he had created the mousers to deal with New York City's Rodent infestation across The City forcing Master Splinter and his sons and daughter which were named after Renaissance book that Splinter fished out the storm drain and one other after anime character from a famous manga/anime series names are Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael, Venus, and Naruto to forcing them to find a new home elsewhere in the sewers after being separated from Master Splinter while having no choice but to go up topside into The City for the first time in their lives they had ran into some human gang called The Purple Dragon after defeating them and finding a new home not realizing the consequences of their actions stir It up a Evil Shinobi Clan called The Foot Clan that was led by The Shedder.
