Good morning/evening! I hope you’re all doing great. I want to share something personal with you. Lately, my focus has been on YiZhan—I’ve been reading their fan fiction, writing my own, and watching their edits. My phone and laptop are filled with YiZhan content, and I’ve completely neglected my studies.
I know I’m a capable student, so I didn’t take my studies too seriously. Unfortunately, I ended up failing my final exam for university. My mom was disappointed in my grades, and so was my sister. Everyone who knows me was shocked by my poor performance. They often say that overconfidence leads to failure, and that couldn’t be truer in my case.
I was devastated—I cried until I fell sick and was a complete mess. My sister scolded me for not taking care of myself or my appearance anymore. It hurts to see my friends heading off to university while I have to go back and rethink my priorities.
I realize now that I need to focus on my studies. While I love writing and updating my YiZhan fictions, I might not be able to do so regularly for a while. As my exams approach, I plan to update less frequently, possibly taking a month-long break.
If I haven't posted for a while, please don’t stop following my stories. I promise I will return to update, no matter how long it takes. It’s fulfilling to know that people enjoy my stories, and I truly appreciate your support.
Although writing is important to me, I understand that my studies must come first, as they shape my future. Thank you all for your love and support.
