My first thought when I wake up is "I love life". A couple of years ago I hated living. Just because you can't see over the hill doesn't mean you give up. The journey's hard but the destination's worth it. The light is brighter when you're coming out of the dark. You can take breaks, don't overdo it. Look forward to the day you see yourself smile wholeheartedly. And remember: a plant will die if you feed it toxic chemicals, but it'll grow if you give it water. Don't be so hard on yourself; contribute to your own growth!
          
          I don't know where this came from but I realized how lucky I was when I remembered one of my friends struggles with depression (I haven't seen them in a while), just like I used to. Don't let yourself get beaten down, any of you.
