Man, who has hotdogs? Does anyone else want hotdogs or just me?

If I took a car and swapped the wheels with clocks, could I travel forwards and backwards in time by driving forwards and backwards?
          
          
          New idea! Create a gun that shoots clocks at people. NO. A clock that shoots more clocks so that the people can know what time they died and tell the funeral people when they died.
