Hi. My name is Eloise (Ellie or Elle if you like), and I go by Z online because I think it's a neat letter.

I'm a 24-year-old lesbian trans woman. I've been writing fiction as a hobby since I was 16. I don't get to do it as often as I'd like to since I work full time, but I try my best to do something every day. Most of what I write leans towards sci-fi and fantasy elements. I write both original stories and fanfics. Some of my projects a short stories and others are expansive sagas. And I'm honestly a little bit terrible about sticking with one thing until it's done.

Favourite film series: Star Wars. I've loved it for as long as I can remember, and I think I always will. My favourite of the six (that's right, six) is The Phantom Menace because it's the most fun and whimsical, but they're all great in their own way.

Favourite video game series: That's between either the first Life is Strange or the Mass Effect trilogy. On the one hand, Mass Effect scratches the same itch that Star Wars does for me, which is a rare thing. On the other Life is Strange was very personally meaningful to me, despite its flaws (and also that game kinda helped me realise I'm trans).

Favourite TV series: Doctor Who. The best part was series 1-4, when Russell T Davies was in charge. But I love all of it, both in the classic and the revival.
Favourite book series: Uh... mine? Ok that's kind of cheating. As a kid it was Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Rick Riordan.
