I believe in only two things:
1) If you are in a problem, if you are going through life just remember someone out there went through worst, and still survived.
If they can so can you.
2) And second if you are feeling the worst of yourself, angry, depressed or just sad. Pick up a book, get a pen, open YouTube, get you running shoes or you bike
And
Read, write, watch, run or ride or just sleep; do anything other than ponder over it. Give yourself the luxury of forgetting for a while, do something that comes naturally to you... Take a break.
So that's me, on wattpad. Taking a break every once in a while. 💖
