          It’s summer, and yesterday I likely suffered from heatstroke. I don't usually write posts like this, but after yesterday's experience, I want to remind you of a few important things:
          - Use UV sunscreen.
          - Drink a lot of water.
          - Have an air conditioner or a fan at home.
          - If you go out, try to stay in shaded or cool places, like shops.
          - Wear light clothing, and remember to wear a hat.
          Above all, please remember one important thing. If you feel that you are getting very hot, or, like me, your face becomes hot and you feel like you can't breathe, do not ignore it! My mom saw that I was fainting, but she told me I was faking it. If the people around you try to tell you that you are faking it - trust yourself and what your body is feeling. Please take care of your health and safety during the summer.
