Tips for your story
It might seem too simple or obvious, but it's the only thing that comes to mind after the developments of the last few chapters: Gary and Misty like each other, but they still won't admit it. An akuma could target Misty after an argument with Gary (I can't even suggest this yet), and Gary could be akumatized while saving Misty.
I hope I helped you at least a little, otherwise I'll try to think of something else.

@_ForestGenie_ True, but keep that in mind for the future. Maybe you can still include this idea, or it could be an idea for a one-shot, explaining how Gary and Misty admitted their feelings: after the akumatization, they would definitely become a couple. At least that's what I thought of now. And yes, it will be interesting to read the developments of this event (Adrian reveals his secret identity to Marinette), whatever they may be.
