I see your points, but we also have seperattion of church and state, therefore religion cannot play a role in legal matters. Though that is often ignored, that is the real aspect of the constitution. And I think I read the rapist part wrong or something, cause I'm confused on that

@MMDelphine4 Due to freedom of religion, religious companies are still exempt from this, and many non-religous companies have legal rights saying they have the right to refuse any consumer service if they wish too, and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't knowing allow a rapist to use anything you create. I know you're going to argue that that's diffrent, but these actions are both based off morale difference, meaning they both fit the definition of discrimantion.. Yes, we have protections against hate crimes, but not hiring someone, or selling to them is not a hate crime.

Hardly. Arguing can be really fun! I'm not saying I go out of my way to argue, but I don't not enjoy. It can be cool to see both sides of a situation, and share my points on a matter. And yes, I realize they can say what they want and they read what they want, however, they actually don't have the right to discriminate. I don't know where you're from, or them for that matter, but where I live, in my country discrimination is illegal, no matter what any company, person, or state says about it. It is right in the constitution
