Hey guys! It's me, authornim. @Saranghaeexojunmyeon. Apparently, I cant log in to my wattpad account. I happened to log out of my main account to log in to my friend's acc as she was having some problems. When I tried to log in to her acc, I couldn't do it so I gave up. My stomach turned upside down when I, myself, couldn't log in to my account after that. Whenever I wrote down my password and username, it showed "Please reset your password in order to log in." So I tried resetting it by sending an email. Here, there are two problems. 1, is that I happened to throw away my other phone (from which I created the account) and I changed my email and phone afterwards, but my Wattpad email is still the same. So even if I try to send an email to my gmail, I obviously wont recieve it. To make things worse, I even forgot the email name, let alone the password. 2, is that I tried doing the same to my friend (who was facing the same probelm) and she didnt recieve the email. I was heartbroken and I swear, I couldnt pass a sec without thinking about my wattpad account. It took me three years to build an army of 800+ followers and having almost 7 stories (I have one in drafts), it broke me. But I saw a light of hope when people started having the same problem. @_Saranghaeexo_ yesterday I got an email from wattpad that there are some hacking problem going on.. so they suggested me to change my password and all other account password which either related to my wattpad or have same password as wattpad..

@_Saranghaeexo_ Wattpad has been breached. Were you able to know that before your log in issue happened? Although my account has not been compromised, it is advised that everyone reset their passwords because of the data breach. I suggest contacting wattpad support, send a ticket so you can talk to them through email about your log in issues, and probably they can help you get back to your original account. But I think they are handling lots of tickets now because of the breach so it may take time for them to get back to you.
