I won third place in the light awards almost a year ago and have yet to receive my prize. Just wondering what the status is on The Light Awards

Hi, there. I have been told that there are many slots left in Fairies Awards and I was about to fill out the form. But I don't seem to have it in my library or on your page? Is there any way you have taken it down? 

Due to some strange reason, I couldn't access my books. I'll try to solve the issue as soon as possible!!!!
