@ScarletWitch_22 from other people with anxiety i've heard that chewing motions can help to cope it a bit, but i personally don't know, sorry. but i hope you're doing well and it isn't too bad :D if it is, go find a quiet spot if there is one and just try to calm down for a second, maybe listen to some quiet music or hum something. i don't know if that works, but at least you'll be away from people for a while :D
