Hie author!
I just felt like telling this to you. I've always been a sucker for medical romances, but Wattpad never really had any good ones especially in the Indian setting, the leads were always business heirs disguised as doctors and the books hardly mentioned any scene from the hospital, until you started writing 'Almost Professional'.
It is a really satisfying book, that uncovers raw medicine before readers like never before! It tells anyone with false expectations that real life medicine is beyond tall men dressing in black formal shirts with a white lab coat over it. It is emotionally exhausting and the practicality of it had to be told to the readers someday or the other.
You wrote what I had been trying to write since I started using Wattpad and discovered the flaw.
Surprisingly, I wasn't disappointed that somebody wrote my dream before me, instead I was immensely delighted and inspired to write mine as soon as possible.
Now when I actually am writing it, despite the plot and genre being entirely different, it resembles your book so much because no matter what way you choose, the passion for medicine always stays the same and it reflects through every aspect!
Thank you for inspiring me and so many others who might not have confessed it, at least yet!
