My grandpa his name is August, and he has Alzheimers or dementia, and it breaks my heart. My grandpa is my best friend and he is losing his memory of everything. 

August 2016- my ma told me that my grandpa doesn't remember me at all. I cry a lot because I can barley remember him since I have a bad memory, and he can't remember that I'm his granddaughter and that when he was in town we went ihop and got the pancakes together every single time, or that he use to make me laugh.

 I want my grandpa back. I love you always grandpa ❤❤❤
