I started writing short stories and poems as a child and have loved it ever since.  After spending years of being swamped in reports and other professional writing, I have finally returned to writing for the sheer joy of it. My writing interests tend to be eclectic. I have recently finished my first FanFiction novel that I started in grad school many years ago. I also like to write everything from mystery and drama to sci-fy and horror. Everything I write tends to have a little romance in it somewhere. I am also a musician and mixed media artist . It is one of my ambitions to complete a novel and illustrate it myself.
