@allisonsgf - Hey author! I just finished Chasing Angels, and it only took me about 2–3 days because I could not put it down. I seriously loved this story. You kept the spirit of the movies here and there, but still made it completely your own.
I’ve never read a Fast & Furious story with a character this unhinged — in the best way possible. The raw, unfiltered way you portray everything is so intriguing. The dynamic the main character has with everyone is unlike anything I’ve seen — hilarious, annoying, sentimental, and honestly just addictive. I’ve never read a story quite like this.
I can’t wait for more of the secrets to unravel. Some of these characters are starting to piss me off (in a good way and bad way), and I love how you’ve written Lola — “Lola Baby” might be an unwise nickname, but she is such a catch. I’m dying for the moment when Lola and Brian finally get brutally honest with each other, like soul-deep honest.
I also wonder when Dom is finally going to face his actions — and when he will be honest with Lola too.
Her dynamic with Rome is freaking hilarious, by the way. And the reveal about her having more siblings? Yeah, this story is driving me crazy — in the best possible way.
I also noticed you’re taking the story all the way into the seventh movie. Are there any chances you might continue through the whole franchise, or will it end there? Either way, I’m sure whatever you decide will turn out amazing.
