Hey Sleepy Head, dropping by to say what I read of the story you have me was pretty damn great, I definitely preferred the revised (second) version- but the first one was equally recommendable. Either way, I think with some more elaboration and mystery with the "prophecy" both versions could play a part in the long run. Just a thought!  Also, you're writing has a conversational air to it, as if its being told aloud; that definitely makes it more interesting and commanding to emotion. KEEP DAT UP.
