I am so glad I posted a chapter last night instead of on Sunday. For my birthday, my fiancee decided to take me on a weekend vacation to my favorite small town. So my Sunday writing schedule is going to be a bit off. But it's so with it! Talk to you guys soon! If you need me, I'm going to be spending time with Emersyn and Zeke!

In every single one of the books I've written, I always have that one moment when the title of the book suddenly makes so much sense. The "title drop" moment, as so many of you have called it. I've always felt that moment was so big. Like I hold my own breath until the second my main character says the title of the book.
          
          My next story... my Nano story (which will probably hit Wattpad sometime in late 2025 or early 2026)... well, I'm struggling with it. I have a title. And it's not changing. But this time it's more of a theme rather than a phrase. I've tried to think of how my character will say it, but for the first time... she might not. How do you all feel about title drops? Are they big moments for you in your stories, or just totally unnecessary?

I officially have as many followers as the original 151 Pokémon! Thank you so much for all the love, dearies!

My goodness, it's been a while since I've posted a chapter, hasn't it? But the next chapter of A Taste of Cinnamon is now live. Hope you all enjoy it. Got to showcase a little more of Vale and Ty's friendship in this one, so I can't wait to read your comments.
          
          I'm trying hard to get back into writing. It's a slow process already, and grief slowed it way down for me. But I'm back. Going to try to get a chapter of The Line Between Us out this week as well. If I can do that, I'll finally feel like I'm back in action. Cross your fingers.

Dearest friends,
          I don't know where to start. This last month has been an absolute nightmare for me in pretty much every way. I lost the one person who believed in me since the day I was born. My closest friend and confidant. It felt like my heart was broken beyond repair. There were days I didn't leave my bed. There were days I was forced out of bed by the ones who care about me the most. It's been a ride. But I am surviving.
          
          Writing, as you know, has been difficult for me since all this began. But I'm currently sitting at my favorite bookstore working on Vale's Story. Trying to make this work. Because as sad as I am, I keep finding myself missing my beloved characters. And through everything I've been through this year, I've found that it's not so easy to forget about them. So I'm doing my best to come back.
          
          Thank you for the love and support, my friends. I'm looking forward to coming back. I miss you all.

Rest in peace to my beautiful, amazing momma. She was a warrior of a woman with a heart of pure gold, and she will be missed by everyone who knew her. Love you so much, mommy! Stuff, stuff, stuff. Be sweet, be smart, have fun, and have a good day. Say hi to dad for me.

I'm just going to say it. I'm taking a break from writing for a while. I might be back in a week. I might be back in a month. I have no idea. My mom isn't expected to make it through the day, and I'm struggling. Honestly, I've been struggling this whole year, and it's not going to get better. But thank you all for the love and support.

I'm so sorry there wasn't an update this weekend. My mom was put on hospice on Saturday. And the truth is, I was not doing okay. I'm still not. But I will have a chapter of something posted soon. Thanks for all the support.
