I took a creative writing class in high school (retook it for three more semesters after because it was SO good), and I received a question one time as to what my character's name was. The question kind of threw me off guard because in all honesty, I didn't know. I truly hadn't even thought about it. And she acted as if there needed to be a name for the story to be complete.
But what I realized during my time in that class is that while I enjoy writing detailed stories, I don't like to get too caught up in the "details", if that makes sense. I've found that for me, I'm able to spend more time on writing if I bypass the details of a character (12 year old me writing Twilight fanfiction would be SHOOK). Nonetheless, I think there is a beauty in not knowing every little detail. Vagueness in writing can be so meaningful and descriptive, which of course is an oxymoron in itself. It allows the reader to create a character for themselves, and sometimes that character might reflect their own sense of self.
Henceforth, in my four semesters of creative writing, I realized quite a few things about my writing style and preferences.
1.) Names of characters normally don't exist.
2.) I really hate writing dialogue. I struggle to match a characters speaking voice, and so I often don't use it.
3.) I like writing shorter pieces compared to longer ones.
I hope you enjoy what I have to offer, and always feel free to comment on my stories with any suggestions (or jokes if you have any funny ones)!
Thanks!

Honestly it's just a bunch of short, overly vague, L.S. one-shots that probably make no sense.
