Hi, I'm amaryllis - a teenage writer with big dreams. I have decided to take the first steps to turning those dreams into reality. 
 I have been writing ever since I learned how to spell - and before that I used my toys to act out the stories in my head. If I don't write, my head becomes so full it feels like it will explode - I have to write. 
Everything inspires me - patches of sunlight glowing on the road; a stranger's smile; my favorite indie folk songs; a scene from an old movie or a classic novel. The small and large things impress on my mind and I struggle to pour them all out onto paper (I can only write on paper by the way -- I've tried writing a first draft on wordpress, several times, and I can never seem to express my thoughts the same way as when I write with paper and pencil).
