Jump into the Kingdom of Iridion--a world divided by Gifteds, those born for greatness, and by Unfortunates, those born for servitude. Follow an Unfortunate servant named Nora as she gains the peculiar opportunity to attend Galdor Academy, an elite military school for Gifteds, in hopes of becoming Iridion's first Unfortunate soldier. Along her journey, political and social turmoil threatens to tear the kingdom apart, and Nora might be the only force to stop it.

Any support you can give will help make this childhood ream a reality. If you liked my writing in 2013, imagine what my writing is like now 8 years later. :)

An UNFATHOMABLE offer. An UNBREAKABLE promise.

I have some exciting life news to share — earlier this year, I began working on my first full-length novel with the working title of “UNFORTUNATE” with a goal of publishing it this fall. It's always been a goal of mine to write impactful stories, and I've got an amazing community of fellow authors and writers to write with and supporting me through the journey. I've already sent and discussed the first five chapters with my fantastic Developmental Editor, Jaqueline Calamia (which is exciting and makes this all very real!), so 5 down, the rest of the novel to go! My goal for “UNFORTUNATE” is to challenge religious and social roles and expectations through a feminist lens under the backdrop of Iridion's fantasy setting.

Over the next few months, I'll be sharing key pieces of the journey with you -- things I'm learning, my writing process, book milestones and mishaps, and sharing pieces and stories from the book!

And I'd love your help! If you'd like to keep updated on all things “UNFORTUNATE”, follow me on Instagram, TikTok, and Wattpad @ambitiousinpink. And if you're a fan of fantasy and want to add yourself to my ongoing pre-sale mailing list, please send me a direct message with your interest and email address — I plan to award all who support me this way!

Thanks in advance for all the support and here's to the ups and downs of this journey to write a book!

ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO CARE: Summer is finally here (at least for the northern hemisphere) so I'm going to take
this opportunity to write more often than I did in school! Still though novels aren't written in a day so be patient please! I'm still alive -SpecialK123

@Faunblood I am actually. Currently, I am writing an Ouran Highschool Host Club fanfiction, but I will not upload anything until I am deeper into the story or finish it. Still though, I want to write other works including an original, and I even thought about what you, my readers, wanted me to do, but I didn't think anyone would really care or give me feedback.
