Thank you for reading and voting on A Pound of Flesh, I always enjoy waking up to see people have found this one again.

@h_coyle No problem! It was very enjoyable. Very refreshing to read something like that once in a while

@annale99 yes my work can be quite dark, I am happy you are giving it a chance.

@h_coyle Hey! I actually found it through your other book, The Anchored, and didn't find it particulary suitable to my taste, so I decided to check out another of your works-I enjoyed this one very much :) I skimmed through it this first time, going to read it in more detail again soon! Rather dark but so enthralling... Thanks for posting!

@clarady You're welcome haha I think some of the issues you raised are very valid and true...and often seen too often. Agatha Christie has always been on my must-read list, hopefully I'll start reading them soon :P (after I've plowed through my current books, that is...) Any specific books of hers to recommend? Or any that I should start with? :)

clarady

Hmmm, well, personally, I think some good ones to start with are "The murder of Rodger Ackroyd", "Murder on the Orient Express", and maybe "The Body in the Library". They are pretty fantastic though I love them all. I honestly don't even have a favorite. They're all great! Though those may boggle your mind.

Thanks for voting for Unrelenting :)

Jobiwan97

Thanks for following too, and I would like to come back to it at some point as I have quite a bit planned out, but I'm trying to focus on my story Break Time at the moment. Maybe I'll get back to it eventually :)

Thank you for liking Avernus! What part of it appealed best? And I hope you keep up with it through it's journey :D

annale99

@Metaphorphosis You're very welcome! It totally deserves the praise :) I'm so glad that this helped but its all because you noticed a vote :)))

@annale99 Oh my goodness this is one of the loveliest comments I've ever received. I'm so glad you think it has that potential--it's my ultimate dream just to have it published, but if that were to happen it would skyrocket me to the stars :D I LOVE Sherlock, and he, in part, (along with my obsession with intellect, lol), inspired Nya's character to be like that. She's not the extreme of Sherlock, but she does have abilities that her peers don't. I am so glad that you'll keep up with the book, in fact, I'm hoping to have an update this week (a scrumptious one too ;) ). This comment meant so much to me you have no idea. Keep in touch! (and thanks for following :D).

Your very welcome :)) haha I'm surprised you actually noticed i voted its really nice to hear from you... Although its only a few chapters by the end you made me reallyy curious about Avernus-it has the potential to become a best seller and I really wouldn't mind forking out a bit of money to buy the book, should you publish it. I'm a big fan of Sherlock Holmes, and the part about Nya deducing stuff really thrilled me. Hoping for more of those and the action stuff :) In short I totally fell in love with your book and i really hope that you'll update here :D It'll be one of those few rare books that I'll be waiting for updates! So I hope this'll encourage you to write more haha :)))
