Hi, I'm Joe. I've been on this site for a while under another name but I decided to create a new account for some more serious work. I love reading and writing which is why I'm on this site. My favourite authors currently are Bukowski, Dostoyevsky and Cormac McCarthy. Most of my writing will be thrillers of some sort, maybe with some horror, fantasy and sci-fi thrown in and lit fic if I'm feeling particularly artsy.

One thing that has a huge impact on my writing is music. I listen to a variety of genres, from pop punk and Emo to post-hardcore and progressive metal. My favourite band is a 3 way tie between La Dispute, Brand New and Modern Baseball and I expect La Dispute to come through as an influence in much of my work.
