ocs would be like a genshin spin-off while i bend canon just a little bit, i probably wont include the genshin characters themselves but i would put in little cameos or mentions of them. some chapters would follow different characters, but i would say at the beginning of the chapter like which character it follows, what event/time this chapter takes place, and where. some of the characters you might see often are:
hein - fontaine - hydro catalyst - engineer
yeiei - liyue - hydro sword - qixing informant/could technically work under yelan's command
kou - inazuma - electro polearm - boy head of a small clan known for their divine arts in healing
amia - fontaine - cryo claymore - nobleman + president of a publishing company
karim - sumeru - pyro catalyst - akydemia sage of the "elemental" darshan + an old familiar of rukkhadevata
