So here we are at the end. Safa has managed to return in the most dramatic way possible, Sherlock has sulked and glared his way through half the story, John has been the steady heartbeat, Molly has quietly outsmarted them all, Rosie has been the light that made it worth it, Mrs Hudson has served tea with a side of wisdom, Lestrade has rolled his eyes more times than I can count, Lily has held her ground with warmth and wit, and Mycroft has remained the master of dry one-liners while secretly caring more than he lets on.

This is not a huge fic with thousands of reads but every single one of you who clicked, commented, voted or simply stayed has made it feel alive. You gave these characters a space outside my head and reminded me why telling stories matters.

Safa would probably insist this is not a goodbye but a strategic pause. And she is right. Characters like her do not stay quiet for long.

Thank you for being here and for letting me share a little chaos, humour and heart with you. Until the next mess.

a small token of kindness [ 09th september 2025, tuesday ]

          a round table,
          a conference of triangles,
          fortitude or servitude?
          a decision to be sought.
          pages of emotions
          and binders of spiral thoughts,
          moon's decorum splintered
          in the group aubade.

          hollowed warrior first,
          stepped and stood upon,
          soundless glare
          with edges bruised.
          happiness arid,
          interrogation drying,
          forts and castles
          over murdered merits.
          and then a joy—
          foreign and known—
          repenting its birth.

          mind of the crumbs,
          heart of the loaves.
          no trek can trample
          the path of a trickster.
a lone chill, a surrounded cry,
          traces of impulses
          in the fireplace of life.

          a wardrobe of escape,
          mumbling telephones.
          rotten tales and
          tatters of the pretenders.
          guests excused,
          world locked-up,
          and again—
          the uncaring rouse
          protects to betray.
          the sky of memory
          chokes
          the birds of today,
            like fluttering sage.
          oh souls of flesh,
          how similar are thoust—
          from one to another—
          you migrate in your palm.

Hey there,

I just finished reading your story and I loved it! Seriously, I could picture every scene so vividly it totally played out like a movie in my head. It got me thinking… have you ever considered turning it into a comic?

I'm a commissioned artist, and I'd absolutely love the chance to help bring your story to life visually. Just imagine your characters leaping out of panels and dialogue bubbles readers would be hooked!

No pressure at all, but if the idea excites you as much as it does me, let’s connect! You can find me on Twitter @lunaartsoul or hop into my Discord at lunapuresoul.

          All the best,

Yesterday I dropped two chapters. Quietly.
Because some moments speak for themselves — and some dinners, some prayers, some silences are sacred.

Chapter 10 and 11 are now live.
          A silent plan.
          A secret feast.
An Eid morning where love came plated in saffron and cardamom.

Thank you for reading. For feeling.
And for letting Safa be part of your story, too.

          Eid Mubarak, again.
          With all my heart.

 Chapter 7 goes live tonight.
          One dinner. Too many opinions.
A meddler with a manifesto. A guest no one asked for.
          And Sherlock? On the edge.

Bring snacks. Or better — bring weapons.

Chapter 5: Schemes, Shopping, and a Second Journal is now LIVE.

New alliances, unexpected softness, and maybe—just maybe—Sherlock Holmes glitching over confidence and a killer coat.
          Also featuring:
A shopping trip that’s dangerously therapeutic
A second journal that no one knows about
Rosie being a chaotic little queen
And a quiet prayer that says more than words ever could

You didn’t see this one coming—but neither did Sherlock.
          Go read now.

"A case, a journal, a reality check. Welcome to Baker Street, where things are never simple."

           Sherlock takes on a case.
           Safa takes on her journal.
And Baker Street takes on more chaos than it bargained for.

Between crime scenes and sarcastic commentary, Safa is starting to see Sherlock Holmes for who he really is—and he’s starting to realize that she’s not just another spectator in his world.

But the question is… how much of Baker Street’s madness is she willing to document?

One case. One journal. One reality check.
And a sarcastic entry into The Mediocre Chronicles.

           Chapter 4 drops TODAY!

A new day at 221B. A new battle of wits. And a detective already annoyed.

Safa’s first morning at Baker Street brings luxury sheets, questionable tea, and an unexpected stare-down with a four-year-old genius.

          Sherlock? Still insufferable.
John? Still trying to keep the peace.
Rosie? Asking the most profound question before breakfast.
Safa? Just trying to survive the madness (and maybe document it).

Chapter 3 drops soon. Prepare accordingly.

✨ Chapter 2 is Live! ✨

Flatmates, First Impressions, and a War Declared

The dust has barely settled at 221B Baker Street, and yet—chaos.
Sherlock? Already insufferable. John? Already tired. Mrs. Hudson? Still the MVP.

          As for Safa?
Let’s just say she might have accidentally—or very intentionally—declared a war of wits with a certain high-functioning sociopath. And she’s winning.

Sherlock might be regretting her existence.
John is definitely enjoying the spectacle.
And Mrs. Hudson is probably taking bets.

Read now & tell me—who’s got the upper hand?
