soo i have made the new chapter and then it got deleted too :(. i need help, i can't write this chapter again and again

sooo i typed a whole chapter today and...it all got deleted. so i accidently press delete so NOW I HAVE TO WRITE THE WHOLE THING AGAIN. so it will take another day to write it all
