For our fans and so uh maybe it was a little but of um I don't know uh a moment that I was just feeling insecure about something so I kinda I shifted the words around to talk about how uh I hoped fans still like that song and I did that one time and then online people just kind of like their response to it was just you know overwhelming positive like we we like that song kids were showing me tattoos of lyrics of that song that they had gotten and I realized you know those songs aren't mine to change around the way I want like those songs belong to a ton of people and I shouldn't be ashamed of of uh how uh that song has kind of taken off and really done us uh an amazing service of just getting in front of people when Josh and I first started talking we we just wanted as many people to hear our music as possible and in order to do that you you have to have a song that kind of like takes of and I'm glad it was stressed out now
