why is wattpad removing my votes?

@jxmxxcx sometimes it does that if there's a bad connection. do you mean like you click the star and then it says in a teal bubble 'error'? because it's usually something wrong with wifi etc. it helps to exit out the whole window & reopen it (sometimes you need to restart your laptop) or power down your phone completely & try opening the app or mobile web again :)
