PLEASE READ – this is important!
          
          I have made the tough decision to leave Wattpad as a writer. I likely won’t be back, but I’ve learnt to never say never, so who knows. 
          
          I unpublished Teach Me Love; while I was truly excited to share that story with everyone, I didn’t want to keep it up and mislead anybody that it would be continued. Unlikely Ties will remain up for now, but I’m not sure if I will continue updating. I will keep everybody posted with my decisions, but as of now, Unlikely Ties is still on hold.
          
          I am still writing both books, and I’m preparing to publish them. As you know, I am currently preparing my debut novel to be traditionally published, and I’m focusing mostly on that. In the meantime, though, I might choose to self-publish TML and UT rather than go the traditional route. We shall see!
          
          I would also like to mention that over the next week, I will be undergoing two relatively major surgeries. I will be out of action for a while; recovery will be long and tedious, and I will be on strict bedrest for the first half of it. However, the good news from this is that I’ll have plenty of time to write AND catch up on reading your lovely stories. 
          
          Lastly, in regard to my RFRs: I plan to continue reading your stories. I appreciate every bit of support on Unlikely Ties, so if you’d still like to read that, please do! If you’d rather not read a story that might not be continued, that is completely fine, and I understand.

          I am sorry to disappoint anyone, but this is the choice I had to make for my own health and happiness.

Reminder to be careful with scams! 
          
          There are a lot of scams going around Wattpad right now; people are having their accounts deleted entirely, writers losing all their hard work and well-earned achievements, etc.
          
          A few general tips: 
          • Always back up your work on other platforms (word, goggle docs, hard drives/USBs)
          
          • Change your passwords on any & every app often!
          
          • NEVER give out your personal information or bank details! 
          
          • NEVER respond to spam messages or click on their links!
          
          • If you see something sketchy: block, report, delete, and immediately change your password
          
          • On Wattpad: do not engage with spam
          (ESPECIALLY if they have directly contacted you or used your username)
          
          • On Wattpad: you will never be contacted via your message board or through the comments of your story. If it is Wattpad, they will email you safely or use the in-app message feature only accessible to them!

I just wanted to ask if the new chapters have been published yet? 

Hii! So I had a question. I read the original posting of unlikely ties and was wondering if the newer posting is any different? I got to the last posted chapter of the old one and I’m mainly looking to see if I could just wait til the like new? Chapters or if I need to reread the whole thing.
