I’ll probs get in trouble if I write this to u on messenger if mum reads it so, 
          
          I ummm yeah got depressed on the last year of high school coz that and idk loooooots of arguments at home the teachers always robbing me to my dad only never mum and trust me he’d get mad every time when it’s not even my fault. Then some time at high school then I tried to commit suicide and idk so I don’t want to open up to new people ever again so I can avoid all the hurt that comes with it.

Also it’s a constant debate now on if I choose never opening up to new people or to make friends to protect myself emotionally or to keep letting people in and risk all the hurt and emotional pain/damage

Soooo umm question. So have u guys like, ever had heart palpitations before? Coz I ummm kinda had that happen to me on Saturday, one night after a major fright from Luna barking and the first time oddly as I was watching the Haikyuu movie in cinemas . As I expected from myself I really REALLY overthinking it all, and no I don’t haves any medical conditions, totally normal and healthy.
