As an avid Environmentalist, I'm the one over there hugging that tree. Most times I'm able to pull humor out of my back pocket. You're probably wondering where it was before that. As a Native American Storyteller, I enjoy penning pieces that bring nature to life for my many readers. My icon depicts my Storytelling time at the New York State Fair in Syracuse, NY.
My Lion Cub story published in Portugal, went to 5,000 Book Club readers and supporters of animal causes. A man from Nepal said after reading my Cub story, he felt like he was right there with the lions the whole time. It brought him into the story, and he felt he was walking along with the Lion Cub in his adventure to save his dad (Father Lion of course). Nuff said!
It all began at age 15, when someone handed me a pen and paper. Poetry got the ball rolling. Later short stories were borrowed from my Muse. I take full credit for the ones my readers enjoyed the most. After getting ten stories published in magazines across the U.S., I decided to put my first book together.
