Smile at people give out compliments even if you're having a bad day you never know what anyone is truly going through and that smile or compliment can truly change things for them! Please eat even if it's hard take a couple bites for your loved ones it's not healthy for you and you're beautiful no matter what! People especially girls are always so worried about their body image but trust me you are so beautiful and someone out there will realize that and always be there for you let things go you only live once have fun but please be careful! 🤍🤍
