All of you who read my story, you probably already know that I love writing men who yearn. That's basically my entire theme at this point.
I also know my writing style isn't for everyone. My stories tend to be very descriptive and emotionally driven. If you're someone who prefers fast-paced dialogue over atmosphere, symbolism, and long descriptions, my stories might not be your cup of tea and that's completely okay.
There's also something personal I wanted to share. As a survivor myself, writing scenes that involve a lack of consent often leaves me feeling strange and emotionally unbalanced. Even when those scenes are necessary for the story, they're never easy for me to write.
As for intimate scenes, I actually used to write a lot of them in fanfiction years ago. Then I stopped completely and lost that confidence. Looking back, there were probably only a handful of chapters I was truly proud of. Part of the reason I wrote a novel dedicated to smut was to challenge myself and reconnect with that side of my writing again.I just wanted to explain where I'm coming from as a writer Thank you for reading, supporting, and giving my stories a chance. It means more than you know. ♡
