Considering that I'am not that good of a writer myself compared to the other better writers out there, I will only used my own experience to say about your book
I will say that, your taking more than you can do right now, since one of the key things that could make your books be quite popular and have a lot of reads is for you to have a lot of followers that already follows, then there's also the fact that considering the possible genre that your trying to write in, your book needs to be quite long and well explained and thought out, you basically need to have about at least 50% of the World Building completed in your head and just go on from there, with you adding new and interesting ideas, either by using other works as inspiration or thinking of it yourself
The other advice that I could give you, is to read more books in the genres that Inspired you to write something, to get a feel for what your trying to make and make it more solid and better
Then there's also my own route as well, and just write fanfics for now and just expand your own skills and horizons before you should delved into such a large project, I would advice that you also have someone that could helped you as well, like a friend or family to read and have there thoghts about it, considering the type of story that your potentially writing
