I personally don’t like when writers demand their readers to do “this” for an update.
          	
          	Ex: “If this chapter gets over 2,000 reads, 1,000 Votes, and 500 comments, I’ll update next week!”
          	
          	Like, nooooooooooooooooooooo
          	Update because you want to.
          	Update because you love your readers and you don’t want them to suffer.
          	Update because you enjoy writing and you love the support that you already have (whether it be big or small).
          	Update because it is your duty to do so the moment you had put out that book. (Because it wouldn’t be fair)
          	
          	But hey, if that’s how you get your reads or clout or whatever, then by all means‍♀️
